Hello everyone I'm curious if anyone else has natal Saturn conjunct Pluto, I have researched this placement intensely and have noticed a very motivated strong drive that when activated in the individuals chart can be enormous in altering there lives.

Also can suggest having to overcome difficulties in early home life that drives the individual to achievement later on in life.

With my experience I was raised poor with a alcoholic abusive father who put me down as a child but found my stability with a polar opposite mother who was proud of me and nurtured me the best she could, what drove me in athletics and work was my drive to prove my self to everyone to feel that I'm the best and no one could push harder than me for long periods of time

I also have a twin 19 mins apart who is as driven as me if not more, he was lazy when we were younger but again as we grew older something clicked in his brain and in his work arena he is considered the fastest hardest worker in his district which gained him a considerable amounts of income

Anyone can provide me and experiences and or info on this placement? Would be very much appreciated

Hi, Falcongod5, and welcome to Lindaland!

I have this. Pluto in late Libra and Saturn in early Scorpio. One rules my Asc, the other rules my MC, so the aspect is extremely important for me. I've had a harsh childhood too, alcoholic and abusive father and there was rarely a day without fights in our house. I was the first one in my family to go to college despite all that. I always viewed Saturn as the "father", so the conjunction to Pluto makes sense when we think that most of us with this aspect had "daddy issues". Not all though, but if it's badly aspected it's very likely. My conjunction makes squares to Asc/DC (so it was detrimental to matters relating to them) and oppositions with Mars and Mercury. Some lucky ones out there have the conjunction nicely aspected and perhaps didn't deal with this. Yes, I believe this aspect can give a lot of determination and also a survival instinct. It mobilizes some very primal energies if you ask me.

Thanks hear for your reply and your experience

I also have Pluto in late libra Saturn in Scorpio you must be born around 83 maybe? I was 1-25-83, my Saturn/ Pluto is also square my Sun, yours are heavy duty against angle but I see them as a strengthing position to push against the odds to achieve our goals

I love how you compared it to a survival instinct as it definitely could relate to adaptability in the toughest of situations, thank you for your help in gaining another perspective
