Do you like to stay up late at night and sleep in, or do you go to sleep early and wake up early? I am most definitely a night owl, almost all of my planets are in the bottom hemisphere in the first quadrant. I am trying to figure out what makes someone an early bird or a night owl. Please do share the placements or configurations that you think affect your sleeping patter

BOTH lol though mostly a Night owl, all planets in the Southern hemisphere (on the top part of the chart)

I have insomnia though, so I have to try my best to sleep at 9 (I get eye bags and feel un-rested if I sleep any later than that - WEIRD, I know.)

this just made me realise my chart is quite symmetrical.

have been a definite night owl for so long with very very little sleep.

but i've 5 planets in the top, 5 in the bottom (or 6 counting chiron). and 5 left, 5 right.

just the last few months have started to want to sleep really early though. and love the mornings so maybe that's the balance working out.

Early bird, after my teenage phase, where I attempted to become a zombie.

Mine is kind of both. 3 planets in 6th house and 4 planets in 4th house. Then again some planets in 10th, 12th and 5th.

And I'm mostly a night owl, and wake up late, but I actually like to go to bed early and still wake up late!

My pisces moon want's to sleep. A lot. min. 10 hours a day lol!

I like to get up early but I also have a tendency stay up late lol.

I don't know which house system to look at but I g 7 above planets above and 5 below
