You will feel like you relate to one another very easily, it gives a feeling of similarity and sometimes those people even look a bit similar. Because often the other house cusps are conjunct too your backgrounds, experiences and opinions about pretty much everything will be similar. What you do with all that depends on where the house rulers lie. But overall I would say it's a good compatibility factor.

my partner and i have a tight asc conjunction.
we see eye to eye….and MOST things…hahaha.
and yes, we do kinda look a like.
