Okay! So I NEED to become a doctor because it's right for me but something is holding me back from taking the first step. Which, for me, is getting my GED since I dropped out of high school. Getting a GED? Not so hard. So what's stopping me?!I was completely dedicated to an emotionally damaging relationship for three years, until four months ago, when he left me without a trace. So dedicated to that but not the healthy things. Like, when I'm more dedicated to my physical and emotional comfort by overeating and deciding not to workout. (I think lots have this problem, though - especially during winter ) Where does change take place in the natal chart? Sometimes I'm afraid I'm just lazy, or scared. But I don't know what to do because I won't have a future if I don't have a career, and I think medicine is the only thing that's right for me. Where is motivation in the natal chart? I think recently I remember someone saying Fire, but I lack SO much fire in my chart! IP: Logged |

Motivation would probably fall under Earth signs because it is their goal to obtain.Fire signs get you excited and inspire you to do great things while fixed signs give you the the stamina to follow through and finish what you've started. Saturn in (hard) aspect to the Sun/Moon/Ascendant give you the tension you need to overcome and succeed. ------------------ "For all those who believe, expect a miracle.” Linda Goodman 1925-1995 IP: Logged |

And people with mostly trines/sextile between mars-saturn. Almost every single person I've seen with this aspect had some serious stuff going, and they did well. They have the energy to succeed in whatever they want in life. But you know, motivation is really about doing the things that interests you. Whatever it is, follow your instinct and no one else's. Some people don't care about what they work with, because their personal life is more important than work. Some people love their friends, family or relationship more, and don't want to work too much. Other people spend a lot of time thinking about what they actually want. But when they find out they cannot stop working, and is that what you really want? Life is maybe about more deeper things than just work and career? Maybe you should just be honest with yourself and think about what you really want from life. Is it a nice career, or is it a nice personal life? Or is it neither, but then what? IP: Logged |
