I know that the birth time is really the key to unlocking any accurate info
Do any of you find it worthwhile to plug in 12:00 noon for individuals who you're curious about but not curious enough to ask their birth time?

Sure. The planet signs and the aspects can still give you alot of information and if it's a synastry thing you can see where there planets fall in your chart even if you don't know the other way around.

Just disregard their houses.
