I found a definition for the aspect but it seems to be a good aspect i always though inconjunct was a stressfull aspect

Moon quincunx Mars is passionate about protecting its family and those it loves, but they don’t like to be too obvious about it. They think that revealing how much they care weakens them some how. Everything is about strategy for them, their instincts are extra sensitive and they react super-fast to any outside threat. They often conceal their motives and feelings with a veil of irony. Moon quincunx Mars has a great sense of timing (comic or otherwise), they know how to generate suspense, deliver a line and then the precise moment to hit with the punch line. This can be a very physical aspect, most useful in competitive sports like tennis or fencing when one has to anticipate the moves of ones opponent.

The quincunx is about adjustment and fine-tuning, the Moon has great intuition and Mars reacts very fast. These people would be excellent in an emergency situation, for example a nurse out on the battle field, who needs to remain calm while sensing quickly who to treat first. Of course the passion of Mars with the Moon here also makes these people surprisingly sensitive lovers who are tender and affectionate in their love-making despite their cool image.

It all depends on how well the native has dealt with the energy. The way I like to describe the quincunx/inconjunct is sort of like cognitive dissonance or this kind of creeping up on you sort of feeling, like something in the corner of your eye. For some people it can be an energy that goes completely unnoticed for this reason, yet still extraordinarily present in the psyche (almost like 12th house energy), which is where astrology can help identify these discordant feelings and transmute them into productive and positive use, which if not done can end up resulting in health problems (kind of like how if someone represses dissonant feelings it begins to destroy them from inside out). But when you are able to recognize and understand how the aspect influences your behavior you can easily turn it into something productive like the description in your post.

Moon quincunx Mars
Your Emotional/Subconscious Function is in a Critical Relationship with Your Desire/Action Function

The Moon-Mars quincunx represents a sort of disconnect within your emotional body, as well as between your emotions and actions. The basic emotional drives that, in others, naturally govern temperament and behavior and that are grounded, to a large degree, in the subconscious are not the source of your own desires and motivated actions. Thus, it may seem odd that you have certain desires or act in a certain manner or toward certain goals, because these do not seem to be related to your emotional needs, nor do they seem to be conditioned by your culture or upbringing.
At certain times, however, it will be critical that you get in touch with your own emotions before taking action. At other times, it may be imperative that you bring your desires in line with the outlook and habit to which you have been conditioned (or that you listen to the voice of your mother inside you for guidance and direction). You may be forced to rely on your intuition—a faculty that you may not have fully developed—rather than give in to your overt desires or act on the impulse of the moment. Or, it may be the case that you have relied all of your life on instinct and conditioning and must now find what you really desire and act upon this, breaking away from old, routine behavior patterns.
Sometimes, a crisis may be a result of your desires and/or actions being dissonant with your emotions or subconscious behavior and this going unrecognized by you. More often, the crisis is likely to be the result of some impurity, either in your desires, motivations or mode of action and/or in your emotional makeup or habits. You will generally create a situation from which there is no painless way out.
The solution to resolving the crisis is hinted at in the association of the quincunx with the sixth house—involving purification and humility—and with the eighth house—involving transformation and the purging of negative tendencies. It is likely that you will be called upon to purify your emotions and habits or your desires or actions. This will involve courage, will power and the choice of right-action. The correct choice entails an understanding of the proper roles of desire, action and emotion. You must recognized the validity of your basic emotions, in contrast to your desires and impulses. At the same time, you must be able to use your will power and ability to act independently in order to break free of certain conditioned responses that may be exerting a very strong pull in the crisis situation.
Overall, it is critical that you allow your motivation and basic emotions to mutually affect each other, change each other and respond to one another. There may be a moment of opportunity, demanding courage to grasp, during which you can resolve the crisis. The action that must be taken will usually require or bring about a purification or transformation of either your emotional/subconscious or your desire/action complex. If the crisis is resolved, emotional growth occurs, as well as an ability to more effectively achieve that which is in harmony with your basic emotional nature. If the crisis is not resolved, emotional confusion, confused desires and actions, and/or personal humiliation may result, but hopefully you will have learned a lesson that can motivate future purification and transformation of your emotional/behavioral and/or desire/action complex.

Transcendent Potential
You have achieved a wholeness of emotional being based upon successful critical interaction of your desire/action and basic emotional functions. Both your desire/action function and emotional base have been strengthened, transformed and purified. You have confronted your subconscious and have discovered both your true desire and the obstacles to achieving that desire that are embedded in your subconscious.
You have dedicated yourself in devotion to the achievement of a higher goal, which entails the purification of your subconscious mind and the channeling of your emotions to produce in you an attitude of love and devotion. You have engaged your will to break the bonds of negative habit and replace these with positive habits that support your spiritual quest. You have committed yourself to right-action, adopting the virtues of care and nurturing in place of self-willfulness and aggression.

Insecurity
If you are insecure you have failed to see the necessary relationship between habit/emotionality and desire/action and, at critical phases of your life, you have acted on inappropriate desires or blindly followed habit and conditioning. You lack the ability to take action that is based on your emotional needs, while at the same time you cannot discipline your emotions or your behavior to your will, so that your emotions continually interfere with the achievement of your desires. More commonly, you will allow your desires to hold sway and will be active in one area of life, while operating emotionally in another area of life. This will seem to produce internal contradictions within your personality. You will often be unaware of these contradictions and therefore make no attempt at better integration.
