My natal Mercury is at 11° Aries 12th house. Currently Uranus conjuncts my Mercury, Jupiter in Cancer on 2nd-3rd house cusp squares it, and Pluto in 9th house squares it in Capricorn. As one might expect, I'm confused. What should I expect from these long lasting aspects? What energy is available to me at this time and what should I avoid? Any perspective is appreciated

My Mercury is at 16 Libra so I've been going through these as well. The Uranus conjunction (opposition in my case) will be over in about 2 or 3 years at the most, Jupiter stays in a sign for about one year, it'll be in Leo starting July. Pluto moves a lot slower however, it will be in Capricorn until 2024 when it moves into Aquarius. The Uranus conjunction will stimulate your mind and nervous energy, you probably feel like you have a lot to think about or do or feel like you have a lot of intense mental energy, the best thing I have found to release Mercury-Uranus tension is to either do something physically active to take your mind off of well.. your mind, or to embrace it by stimulating your mind by learning something new and doing anything that causes you to use your critical thinking. I've heard meditation and yoga can be good for it as well but you may not have the patience to do it.
