I was wondering if a persons dominant planets are stronger in synastry like my dominants are

pluto uranus than saturn so if any of those 3 planets aspects someone else charts are they going to be felt

stronger to the person i am aspecting or will i instead feel it stronger if that persons aspects those dominants? In my girlfriends chart my pluto aspects a lot of her

personal planets so is it going to be magnified to her or me because pluto is also strongest in my chart or vice versa?
