Some people just fall in love for the sake of having the "in a relationship" status, but some people need something deep and meaningful.I'm an aqua Venus that conjuncts my Saturn biquintiles my moon in 11th, squares my sun and trines my mercury. I reject those I feel who don't see me as I am, but expect something materialistic and predictable. I need a soulmate, I may never find one in this life, but if it's going to actually be true love that's the only way I'll be with someone. IP: Logged |

Maybe you didn't know any long enough or weren't close enough. I was friends with a Capricorn girl and she did talk about love (but I'm afraid she didn't know much about it).------------------

I guess by soul mate you feel this need to be completely connected to experience a meaningful relationship? I have found it's very Neptunian to merge with people and feel at one with them. It's more about Neptune aspecting the luminaries and perhaps Venus or Mars.
You tune into people on your wavelength very easily and feel at peace when with them.
I experience this with moon opposite Neptune.

No but like cappy they are really into commitment and serious relationships.
Basically the same concept-
A lot of them are looking thinking about their futures, like marriage and stuff.. Caps usually do not gush but I asked one if he wanted to marry his girlfriend and he just smiled and nodded.
The signs I mentioned or sort of laid back about commitment.
They either don't value or live in the now.

I think Taurus is like capricorn as they do not gush or are really that spiritual about love.
But are really into relationships and commitment. Like my Cap friend is dating Cap-Taurus moon girl and it's always about buying each other things. Which is cute because they are both students. He was talking about taking her to a 4 star hotel on V-day To a cap and taurus a better phrase would be- OBJECT OF AFFECTION. Sometimes I think because they invested so much money in each other they will probably not easily break up LOL. IP: Logged |

I'm the same way.If I don't feel an instant soul connection,it ain't gonna happen.My personal planets are all in Gemini in opposition to Saturn/Uranus.But I do have Mars conjunct NN in Pisces. I also know a Cap girl who is a hopeless romantic.Her Sun is conjuct Saturn and Neptune.It's probably the Neptune. IP: Logged |

Idk I'm a Cap and still believe in romance and soulmates  . But I also have sun in 7th and moon in 5th. And progressed moon in Libra, it's been more of a focus lately although not working out... NN in 7th and marriage actually terrifies me a little bit though lolOn topic I do think Aqua venus expects a really unique and genuine experience from love... I have this in 8th, and yeah I can date endlessly lol but if it's not "the real thing" I'm not going to settle just for the sake of being with someone. Honestly I think I've already met my "soulmate" which has tainted my expectations for the future cause nothing has really compared... Very true about Neptune and wanting to merge. People who are totally oblivious to this idea, I just don't "get" them, they are soulless robots to me, kind of superficial. A relationship is about accepting a person for who they are as a unique individual, not possessive, not controlling, but acceptance. Once you let go of your own ego you feel as though you can be yourself and letting them be themselves, and the connection feels much deeper that way because it comes from deep within. But society expects certain things of relationships hence why some let their egos overtake real unconditional love.
