As far as I understand, a composite chart is the midpoint between two people's planets, correct? So if for example, Person A has Sun in Scorpio and Person B has sun in Scorpio, is it obvious or inevitable that their composite chart will have sun in Scorpio? If two people have the same Sun, Moon, Venus, etc does that mean the composite will be the same too? or if their planets are one sign apart, will the composite automatically have one or the other as the sign placement for that particular planet? Pretty much. It's important to have the time of birth for both charts though, because the ASC and houses are extra important in a composite chart (the signs have less significance, imo). Besides the Moon placement will be incorrect if there's no time of birth (even for one person). And the Moon is really important (just like the Sun and the ASC).
