All things 5H might be temporarily frustrating / painful in some way.

You may feel like you can't express yourself well; if you're a creative person this may be a time of lack of inspiration/motivation; emotional alienation and romantic desertification.
You may feel ignored or invisble during this time.
I suppose the effect won't be felt that dramatically if Chiron doesn't touch any of your personal planets/points in your natal chart and while it transits your 5H.
Might be more like a background theme.
