I've noticed Synastry charts that have one person's planet conjunct the others (North) node, eventually makes the node person move on from the planet person after karmic debts are settled.
my Sun/Mars/Pluto conjunct there North Node.
Haven't noticed this with (trines, squares, oppositions)

Any experiences?

I believe NN is about learning to move pass your Karmic debts and SN is holding onto them (?)

It was weird because the node person didn't seem very comfortable around me. I felt a bond with them but at the same time, not going to force them to be my friend, so I left them alone. Then suddenly this person wanted to call and hang out all the time. Then I became uncomfortable because I didn't understand the sudden change of heart. But eventually, we've built trust and became the best of friends. However now it seems like there slowly fading away, and I believe it's because the karmic ties have been settled.

That's more of a SN thing...
However I've seen it happen with the NN as well... Could be both?
But there doesn't seem to be a hard rule when it comes to which person will move on (first). I've experienced/seen both the planet and the Node person distancing themselves from the other person. *shrug*
