All the fixed stars play a role but only in conjunctions 1 degree or less, 2 degree's for anything big, redgiants etc .. The royal stars can go up to 3 or 4 degree's Sirius can be as big as 4 being the brightest star in the sky and the Sun of our Sun, they are Stars like our Sun, Sol, but for other binary systems, Regulus and Antares are over 8 times larger than our Sun and 15,000times brighter, i wouldn't pay much attention to anything other than the royals with over 1 degree -

Regulus is said to be the most benefic star in the universe, i have Sun/Mercury conjunct Antares H1, Mars conjunct Regulus H9, Draconic Mars-Regulus conjunct Moon H2 & Saturn conjunct Formalhaut H3

Other names for Regulus are Rex, Little King, Vennant, Alpha Leonis, Core Leonis, the Pale horseman. The royal stars are like the four cardinal points of the universe and astrology in some ways.

Regulus moving into Virgo and Antares to the foot of Ophiuchus is deeply connected with the dawning of the Aquarian age
