Generally speaking, if A and B has nodes conjunct mars and moon as well as vertex widely conjunct DC while B and C has none, only good house and planet overlays, does this mean that A and B has a fated relationship and also stand a higher chance of being together while B and C has none?

Any kind advice is much appreciated! !
