Most compatible...? in what context of friendship? is there some universal concept of friendship that you think makes this combo excellent for or do you mean these are 3 different people or do you mean most compatible to you personally...?

Leo rising, taurus sun, gemini or maybe pisces moon.

I think because a virgo rising might be a little bit withdrawn that a fire ascendant like leo rising would be able to initiate things and open a virgo up a little bit, then the taurus sun has some of the same kind of core values in that they are both looking for security in life and are down to earth, while gemini moon compliments libra moons need for an intellectual-personal relationship where they could both communicate on things in a more light and breezy manner, but I also think a pisces moon could provide the romanticism and more personal connection that librans enjoy.

Of course this is without looking at all the other placements, if I were to do this for real id probably want to imagine what houses each sign would fall in for eachother

Sagittarius rising with Mercury in Sagittarius. Aquarius moon. Capricorn sun.
They would both share the same sense of humor, not be too touchy-feely and would be on the same wavelength.
They would have fun going places together, like to the mall to hang out and shop, but they wouldn't go overboard on the spending. Capricorn's don't. They would be very resourceful and help each other figure out ways to cope with life.

Aries would be good for you, methinks.

Aries Sun / Mercury with a fixed Moon, especially Aqua. Taurus or Scorp could work. Leo not so much...

ASC... Anything but water. Well, Scorpio could do.
