Yep. Uranus conjunct IC. I loathed the town I grew up in (it's still not an appealing place for me, although I really enjoy visiting my family), and as long as there are a couple of hours separating my mom and I, we get along reasonably well.

My parents divorced when I was very young. My dad was a part of my life, but he moved away and remarried, which made it harder for us to spend quality time together. I still spent time with him, and I knew that he loved me, but there was distance and things like that.

But now that I'm an adult, I get along wonderfully with my step-mom, and I see my dad often.

Sorry for posting so many times..but yea I don't hear from my dad often either..a lot more now than before. Sometimes he'll just randomly text me at like midnight on a saturday haha! ..there was a period where we didn't talk for like a yr and a half..I found out he got really sick and was put on dialysis..I chewed him out for that and he's been more constant ever since. This was in 09. My children's father is a bit the same way..he'd go a week or two with out calling and I'd tell him that the kids should not be chasing him. So I guess that is my youngest daughter's experience with 4th house Uranus. She also lived with him for like 4-5 mos in 2012..

My dad didn't talk to his mom for a year and she died before he could talk to her again..hmm by chance is your dad a Virgo?

Babybull, what aspects does your daughters uranus make?

Do ur kids have bad saturn aspects?

My daughters father was a good dad once she was born. Then when she was 4 he stopped seeing her but i know its because of alot of stuff. Our break up and him being married. But we always remained friends and didnt fight so i was confused. But he came back and has been a great dad against since.

It took time for her to warm up to him again and she was rejecting him and ge was hurt but now shes a daddys girl again and hes happy.

Ok wow so I goofed BIG time. My daughter has LILITH in the 4th house like I do(I really do have Uranus in the 4th though), which also signifies an absent parent or a "chaotic" home life. So I got confused.

My oldest daughter has two planets squaring Saturn:
Mercury Square Saturn
Jupiter Square Saturn

My youngest has only one:
Sun Square Saturn

I lived with my mom up to age 10. We lived with my grandparents, and that point they kicked her out, but allowed me to stay. Growing up she was not fun to be around so this was a plus for me, sad to say.

I have moon sq Saturn which I did experience as her being domineering, cold, and rejecting. I also have Neptune conj Moon. In my case I learned later from my dad that she worked to undermine my development/growth/advancement.

Nah, not in my case..no step parents (mother is a lesbian, dad wasn't around, but did get re married then divorced never met her) We lived in the same house for the first 12 yrs of my life.

Messy in what sense? I do have a higher tolerance for clutter, but my house isn't disgusting..mostly papers or books and things that may pile up on a table. I do have unique living situations though. I live in a one bedroom with me and my two kids and I've had two (scorpio men if that's significant) live with us (not at the same time, funnily enough though my scorpio ex who is the father of my children did come and stay with us for xmas while best friend was living here lol)..in this tiny apt. One was my bestfriend the other was a guy I was seeing..Also..now that I'm digging in my memory banks..when I was about 2 or 3, my mom says we had at least 5 or 6 people living with us in our tiny 1bdrm apt above a garage, when my grandmother lost her house. I've read Uranus 4th can represent strange residences..like the house being haunted or unusual structuring..well living in a 1bdrm apt over a garage for 12 yrs is certainly "eccentric" or strange lol.

We are very close and she is again close to her father largely thru an incident that took place during a Uranus transit ...

Her home of origin was frequented by "unusual" people and as I said a Uranian mom, tidiness was never my strong point but we always ate well and are very close still. Her schooling was unconventional and she is also a single mom.

Thats exactly what I imagined! I know one person with uranus in the 4th and while he didn't move around a lot or live any further from his parents than normal, I did notice that it was like his home environment was eccentric in the same way, like you said, a high tolerance for clutter lol. His place wouldnt be filthy disgusting like dirty or lots of garbage or anything but just lots of piles of papers and books everywhere. I imagine uranus in the 4th as like some eccentric scientist's dwelling where they have all these piles, papers, trinkets, gadgets and doodads everywhere but in that its almost a controlled madness where they know where everything they need is.

My home as a kid was definitely not messy, but it was slightly eccentric. My mom was/is an artist, and she never cared for the stereotypical decor style of the time. She had nicer things, more refined taste, which was unusual for the small town we lived in.

Our home was decorated with her artwork, which was (and is) lovely but unusual. Now I have most of that artwork, and it hangs in my home.

We also moved around a lot, a few times to different states, but also to different houses once we did settle in an area.
