Tell me your vision of your perfect funeral.

What's the sign on your 8th house cusp, what planets are there and where's the ruler?

My perfect funeral consists of a cremation of my body, a secular gathering of the people who cared about my existence with my favorite music in the background in some cool place (maybe a planetarium?) and...shooting my ashes into space during a firework display

Aries, empty, Mars in Taurus int the 9th house.

Taurus in the eighth house with Saturn and moon. What I want is just to be cremated and no funeral or grave. No rot. No tombstone. Just ashes.

This is sooooo fascinating SoCappy!!!! I never thought about correlating the two...but that song "if i die young" i hate that song but like the lyrics and imagery. I have capricorn in my 8th house so hmmm. I dont know I guess that would say something very classy, cold and expensive but I dont know if that suits me. Because I would like a dreamy like funeral... although when i was younger and was really depressed I wrote an obituary for myself and said I wanted to be made into ashes and flushed down the toilet. :/ It was very sad..

I want my body to decompose naturally. If I could have it my way I'd just have my body thrown in a forest on a mountain and let the bugs/animals take what they want, let the rest return to the soil. But I doubt the government would allow that so I guess the next option is in a grave in the forest, no casket, body straight in the ground with a tree planted on top. No service or mourning.

If I was any use to the world, and I mean of great use; like great intellectual feats, then have a public funeral with my favorite song(s) playing, and commemorate my work, discoveries, ideas, etc. Have my brain preserved for someone else to use in the future, if I died before utilizing it's full potential. (if Science ever figured out a way to reuse a brain exactly how it was in the last individual). My body doesn't matter. Let my wife (if I have one) have it cremated if she wanted it, lol.

If I was no use of the world, then I would prefer no funeral and have my body thrown in a landfill or something. Doesn't matter.
