I have a question, I want to know if having 4th house lord in the 8th house may be similar or have similar emotions as having moon in Scorpio?

No it doesn't work that way. The 4th house is the house of family, the mother, nurturer, home and so on. The 8th is the house of sex, relationships, occult, death, inheritance and so on.

When you have your 4th house lord in the 8th house and it's stable it just means that you'll get emotional support from others. You'll be interested in investigating things, interested in learning about the psyche. You'll be intuitive, would make a great counselor, healer or physiologist, supposedly even inherit money.

If the planet(Moon) isn't stable then it would be the opposite. You'd have emotional problems, have issues getting things out, may be the "punching bag" for others, you could say. May not have a loving relationship with your mother, and may not be as interested in sex.

Nothing really gives the same problems as Moon in scorpio except maybe hades moon. Scorp moon is a devil of its own.
