Topic: Placements that makes you unable to ever be in a long-term relationship?

Is there something in the natal chart that actually makes it almost impossible for a person to settle down and enjoy a long-therm relationship with someone? It could be a person without enough self-confidence to ever think someone is actually able to love them forever, or it could be someone who just always mess it up, or someone who has lots of unserious flirts, but somehow it always ends???Placements/aspects/positions of people who just can't hold a relationship... I have venus trine uranus and Mars sextile uranus...while those are considered harmonious aspects..I can tell you right now that yes I do get bored in relationships..but I'm also conflicted because I crave being with someone long-term and having someone to call my own and come home to. So for me..what I end up doing is staying in a situation where I'm bored and unhappy. I think it's my venus in 8th house that wants to have those deep relationships..But despite that I fall out of love with someone just as quickly as I fell IN love with them. It sucks.. IP: Logged |

Omg I know how you feel! I got moon and mars square uranus and venus sextile uranus. I'm just emotionally unstable, but after some time I usually do calm down emotionally, it's like I just have to go through a period with conflicts with anyone I get too close with 
And I have venus in scorpio, so kinda the same with the wish of being really intimate with someone and have a deep connection… it's hard though, when I usually push people away that gets too close IP: Logged |

Yes!!! That's true for me too! It seems I have to go thru some emotional turmoil before my emotions in the relationship evens out. But the last two time didn't end well..the first one were still cool but I pretty much lost interest after the "blow out". The second one got me dumped lol. I'm learning that while I do enjoy intimate relationships I don't want to be bothered with the day to day upkeep. I'm also learning a very hard lesson that I don't think it's best for me to live with a partner, simply because I like being able to run my house the way I see fit & don't like the pressure that comes with living with a man & making sure things are in order. I think the reason why I failed as a stay-at-home mom & partner is my 4th house Uranus. While I like being home with family & comfortable, I'm not very nurturing in some respects. Uranus is just not a very nurturing planet I guess lol. Kinda went off a bit on a tangent but I feel it's all connected. IP: Logged |

Yes me too, I fear the day I have to move in with someone for good. Not because I don't think it could work out, but I also have mars in 4th house, which isn't exactly the best placement for having a family… and peaceful home with a spouse maybe:/

Well it sounds like you want to get married, so that's a good thing..I'm not even sure I want to ever be married (even though I played the role of a wife, I never wanted to be one legally--uranus 4th maybe?) Well its funny about this time last year I was in a very intense relationship and we were talking about getting married and I never wanted so much to be married to someone..but alas he officially moved here and after 2 weeks it ended..explosively I might add. So yea for now I'm going to just love/like people from a distance. They can come visit, spend time...but when it's time for you to go home you must go! lol IP: Logged |

I just like the idea that it's possible for people like me to actually find someone lol… and I feel seriously jealous of people who act like it's the easiest thing and most natural thing to get married, move in together and have a good time lol.

Venus Uranus, badly aspected in men is pretty poor, from my experience, they can never really committ. Moon uranus, badly aspected in a mans chart, is also poor, seeing as they are just plain unstable, they sometimes have mother issues which is a bad indication of their views on women. (although this guy I dated also had moon square Pluto, moon in 4th, terrible mother issues, never again) Unable to committ could be a fear of intimacy, so maybe Saturn as well. Venus/Saturn, I have the conjunction in the 4th I have problems with commitment only because I want something that is lasting and honest and insecurities can cause problems, so I think why bother. 5Th house Gemini Sun,Moon,Venus,and Mercury opposite Saturn/Uranus and square Pisces Mars/NN.
5Th house Chiron at 29 deg.
