I was reading my Taurus horoscope a few weeks back, and it mentioned something interesting '12th house rules relocation too' is this true for anyone?

I have saturn and pluto in the 12th house, is it possible i could relocate? Although my 9th house is empty? I have ruler of the 9th in the 3rd house.

It's an interesting concept, I would never have put 12th house to also rule relocation.

12th house def means relocation to a far away land-
my example:
Sun,Mars,Venus and Mercury are in 12th trine Neptune, which is the natural ruler of the 12th.
Either 12th or the 9th have to be activated
