May I read it, I would like that very much.

I get mood swings for no reason and this is because I'm an emotional sponge. If the environment I'm in is happy and alive, then I too would be happy and alive. If it's gloomy, then I'm gloomy. I share other people's emotions with them in a sense.
Agree for my cancer moon . I hate that I'm an environment sponge . My real workplace is quite depressive that I consume every dark particles of it in my head . I tend to be depressed easily with no reason . I learn from some astrology master that people who pick up others emotion from environment should practice the meditation shield which you imagine your body covered with a gold or pink buble protecting yourself from surrounding.

However, I will say that for years I seriously thought I was alone. I never told anyone what was going on inside me, out of fear of what might be thought of me. I'm pretty empathetic and intuitive. I get this from moon in Scorpio, a heavily aspected Pluto, and aspected Neptune and Uranus. I can get really really uncomfortable with a lot of people around if I'm not concentrating on myself or blocking them out. Empathy is quite useful in some situations and not so useful in others. All my life I always wanted to be with a bunch of people and do things with others but would shy away because I could literally feel their auras and all the negativity they bring with them. Its really annoying lol. Luckily I've been learning to control it and turn it off when its not needed.------------------ Leo Sun Scorpio Moon Capricorn Rising Leo Mercury Leo Venus Sagittarius Jupiter Pisces Saturn Capricorn Uranus Capricorn Neptune Scorpio Pluto Virgo Chiron IP: Logged |

How do you control it, if I may ask? IP: Logged |

For a very long time I thought this to be normal. Having empathy & seeing what's going on beneath the surface & sensing the atmosphere. Actually I still think that's an area open to all. Especially once you start working with your own energies & feelings & use observation as a tool. Anyway, moon in 12th conjunct south node & Chiron. IP: Logged |

You say too use observation as a tool. Do you mean to sit back and observe to see how a certain individual is acting? IP: Logged |

Not an individual per se, but just the situation. What is actually going on for an x-amount of time... But I said this for people to get into empathy. Second I think emotions (and thus being able to have empathy) is very human & normal. Almost everyone (not counting psychopaths here) is experiencing feelings, but it is (or people think) it's a taboo. So it's not spoken of irl. Men struggle with this a bit more because of all the imagery build up over the ages. I'm portraying this a big black & white, but you are allowed to feel. That's step number one. It's there, you may feel it. It's not something bad of horrible, it's helping create understanding. About ourselves or others. It has a function & can help improve & heal. But it needs the courage to look at it. That's how I see & experience it. IP: Logged |

I started having really intense heart aches about two months ago. These I have had before, but it's been a few years. These aches are actually what lead me, somehow, into astrology. Honestly, I'm really not sure why I was lured to astrology. When I did my first natal chart, it had warned me about the potential for psychic abilities. It had said that I could be empathic, clairvoyant, and psychic. When I first read the empathic part, that was automatically my smoking gun. I felt right away that my heart was aching because of other peoples emotions being absorbed. I sit here now though and I'm thinking I was wrong. After talking with everyone here these past few days, I think I might see a different reason. I have never been good at dealing with my own emotions, not at all. Usually they get bottled up and shoved deep down inside me, down where no one will ever see them. Here I sit, I'm 36 years old and I've never really released any of my emotions and I seriously mean I never have. I have 36 years of unreleased emotions packed I to my heart. ------------------ Sun in Gemini - Moon in Pisces - Ascendant Scorpio IP: Logged |

Don't worry, you can work on it one step at a time. What I think you may feel in your heart area is sadness. A feeling is called that way because it is something we --feel-- literally. Sometimes that is forgotten. It's not in out mind, but in out body. The heart area relates to feelings of giving love & feeling loved, being able to connect, to care, etc. Drinking often happens to num emotions, often used by actually very sensitive people (not me, I am really okay people, etc.), so letting out step by step what it is you sense now (& mourn etc.) will help you feel better emotion wise. It may be quite some journey though. But it can all be done on your own pace. IP: Logged |

Someone with these asteroids making tight conjunctions to their personal planets will have the asteroids energy imprinted in their own energy, they will have compassion for others or apathy, which apathy can just mean an ability to think and stop an overflow of emotion....this can be sometimes good or sometimes not so good, depending on the aspects. I have compassion sitting exact on my Sun/Mercury conjunction and having deep compassion for others simply is part of my being. I only feel good about myself when I'm loving to others, when I care about them and want to meet their needs. I think anyone with this asteroid on a major personal place in their chart would be much like I am, they would live to show compassion. IP: Logged |

If I wear a pot wrapped with aluminum foil around me head, will this stop those asteroids from giving me all these emotions??? Lol
