I just recently delved into astrology. Honestly, I'm not even sure how I got interested in it, I just seemed to become interested.

I've read and been told a lot about this placement, almost everyone I spoke to say this moon will pretty much come with empathic abilities. May I ask, do you guys have this ability?

The girl I know is a Taurus sun, Mercury and Venus in Gemini, Mars in Aquarius with Moon in Pisces. She's very empathic! It was worse when she was younger and had no idea what to call it until I came along and opened the door to metaphysical, intuitive, esoteric stuff.

Example: She always helps strangers and not everybody, but she can tell who needs help without them asking. Once while she was at a motorcycle rally she saw a woman sitting in front of a grocery store and was simply drawn to her. It turns out the woman was on her way to Arkansas with her boyfriend and they got in an argument. He dumped her on the side near the grocery store and left her there - no cellphone, barely any money, nothing. In that situation my friend couldn't do much, but think how many people passed this woman and never thought or felt anything about her? She might've been stranded there for hours. (OH I just realized I didn't explain the rally was at night and the grocery store was closed.)

You're friend and I already have a lot in common.

I usually get a size able Christmas bonus. Each year I'll take 500 bucks and keep it tucked away in my wallet. As I'm moving around, walking my path of life, I'll always know who needs it the most, I can just tell. I will find a person that I know is down on their luck and their life, I'll approach them, make small talk, and then hand them the money. Soon as the grab it I walk away.

Yes, sometimes too empathetic to the point where I feel people take advantage of my kindness. Though I definitely don't put up with that kind of behavior for long. (Mars pluto conjunction).

You gotta learn to grow tough skin with this placement because we're definitely not born fighters. Don't get me wrong empathy is a wonderful thing but us pisces mooners sometimes fall prey to it.

I had a tough childhood, to say the least. Teenage years I was high on marijuana most of it. I prey you don't judge me to harshly, but I'll hold nothing back. The pit seemed to ease my supersonic mind and dull the emotions. I went through a divorce in 2005 and it crushed me. I did not handle it well at all. Then after the divorce, depression set in, after that alcohol and stronger substance abuse followed.

I have been low, as low as one can go.

That's so awesome, I've always dreamed of being able to do that for people! Did you get taken advantage of a lot when you were younger?

The male Moon in Pisces I know is an alcoholic. He's also a Leo sun and I've noticed a lot of Leos like to drink so perhaps it's that, AND it's obviously a sign of not handling your emotions / whatever is going on in your life very well. But I do know he's always been a natural around people. When he visited us during the winter time we took him to the skating rink, and within half an hour he was already skating around with a girl, holding her hand. Me as a Taurus moon and Aries sun on the other hand, am not that graceful with people, haha.

However, I have climbed out of that low. I have gotten full custody of my three children, whom I raise alone. I got an awesome job promotion at work, and I've spent the past 5 years trying to educate myself, I dropped out of school in the 9th grade.

I am actually as high up on cloud nine as one can be right now.

No judgement here

I don't believe this placement alone could cause depression. Yes, we are emotional beings and often overwhelmed by our environment, but how you generally go about life depends on the whole chart. Feel free to post your chart. Perhaps I can help you more.

Yes I got taken advantage of all through my childhood, teenage years, and early adult life. Now I have these vast walls up around me and I want to bring them down. I want to learn who I am, for my entire life I felt alone, like I was the only man on this planet with all these emotions bottled up in him.

I would like to learn how other Pisces deal with their emotions. I have always just forced them away or just let them pile up within me, which I think is what will make me go into depression and the substance abuse. I'm free and dependent free right now and I wanna stay that way.

^ Great! Now looking at your chart I would focus more on Chiron (healing and pain) and Neptune because it's pretty strong. in my opinion, these are the most influential aspects in your chart.

Sun conjunct Jupiter - "You will be naturally optimistic, enthusiastic and eager to explore the potential of life..." http://astromatrix.org/Horoscopes/Planet-Aspects/Sun-Conjunct-Jupiter

Sun opposite Neptune - "The opposition between Neptune and the Sun can stimulate a distorted and self-deluding perspective of reality..." http://astromatrix.org/Horoscopes/Planet-Aspects/Sun-Opposition-Neptune

Chiron opposite Asc - Experiencing deep pain when forming bonds and close relationships.

Venus conjunct Mars - you are without a doubt an attractive person, whether it's by looks or just an aura you carry. I would image that it's fairly easy for you to allure people. However, this combo also conjuncts Chiron. So I'm guessing with every person you attract also attracts pain. You have to learn to love yourself First, before you have relationships. I'm not saying that if they break up with you it won't hurt, that's human, but to feel depressed and allow these people to take over your life is a sad way of living.

From a Pisces moon to another, focus all your love and empathy towards your kids. Look through there eyes, you are the one they rely on. Let the love for your kids be your motivation to happiness. Take them to places and form memories that will last forever. Everyone goes through loss and pain, your not alone. With neptune aspecting your sun, do something that involves art or nature, put yourself in an environment where your visions can be brought to life. If not, you turn to things that make you forget about life instead.. Like drugs. Neptune being in your 2nd house, you might actually be able to make money by putting your imagination to good use. Also, working in a field of marine biology can be great too. You are capable of great things.

My Blessing

On a warm May day.
In a time since past.
My life forever changed.
How very very fast.

I was blessed, with a blessing.
A gift, from up above.
From angel's in the heavens.
To me, they gave a love.

Please read with me one moment.
For that, you may behold.
This story of a daughter.
Ti's a tale, that needs told.

Seventeen years ago it happened.
This life changing event.
My little girl came to see me.
This is how it went.

A cry filled my ears.
I rushed right over to see.
Then stared down in amazement.
To what looked up at me.

Now, at this very moment.
A new life began to start.
Plus a father, daughter bond.
One which, will never part.

I reached down and grabbed her.
Then held her in my arms.
As i stared into her beauty.
I got lost in her charm.

Her skin was that of silk.
The softest I've yet felt.
As I slowly caressed it.
My heart began to melt.

Her face bright like the sun.
Which, ever shines on me.
Eyes like that of diamonds.
The most precious I've yet to see.

Her cheeks, a red like roses.
The reddest of there kind.
A nose, so small and slender.
Yet, with beauty so divine.

I held her in my embrace.
Tightly into my shell.
I welcomed her to this earth.
Then promised to keep her well.

Here now, concludes my story.
I prey you all can see.
How deep this fathers love goes.
Plus, what my daughter means to me.

I thank you all for reading.
This tale, I needed to tell.
Behold, everyone, my daughter.
For her name, is Abigail.

My kids are my life but they are getting older. They are all teenagers now, with my oldest being 18. They empowered me to get my life together years ago and as long as they are in my sight, I know the man I'm expected to be. However, now they are become adults and daddy is gonna be left alone.

The people I know with pisces moon(including myself) are very confused, dreamy, lives in their own world the most of the time and are very messy. They are also very easily touched, laughs very easily and is generally happy and sympathetic. I also think many of the pisces moon people I know are very idealistic and sometimes they prefer to be alone until they meet the right person (but depends on the rest of the chart)
They also LOVE animals, nature, being creative and they often got a talent in that section. It's like they are so much in touch with their intuition and has some inner peace and calmness that only pisces moon people have.
It's like they always thinks only one day ahead, and cannot make the biggest plans, though they often got unoptainable dreams.
I also noticed that all of them is always late (including myself) and is not really living in the same time-periode as everyone else. It can be frustrating, but pisces moon people are just so adorable and sweet, that you would like to forgive them, no matter what they did. (but not ALWAYS though)
And I also noticed that most pisces moon people isn't especially ambitious and doesn't mind being the underdog in society. They don't mind that they didn't get the greatest job, the greatest house and all that. They don't seem to care much about materialistic stuff (but also depends on the rest of the chart)
And they are not especially egoistical either because of this, and they are generous and will always listen.
But they can be lazy and would like other people to dominate them or just tell them what to do so they don't have to think too much themselves.

Asc in the sign of Scorpio is a suspicious. Scorpio views the world as "not all is as it appears" and digs beneath the surface.

This is maybe how you are able to climb out of the lowest of lows in order to be "reborn" and start over? Scorpio is also the energy of the Phoenix; rising from its own demise.

With Dsc in Taurus, you may have issues with people who are not emotionally "aware": Those who count their materialism as their source of well-being and do not recognize emotional security in place of tangible things.

But if you have planets on your Dsc, you may be able to integrate your world view as well as the point of view of others.

The challenging aspects I see on your chart are Moon in Pisces square Neptune in Sagittarius. This can create an idealistic temperament;since both Sag and Pisces are not noted for realism.

Moon in Pisces tends to "clock out" when the stresses and strains of life become too much. This is their way of coping and they cannot be expected to deal with things "head on".

The Neptune in Sagittarius is "what's the use of studying/religion/politics?" placement.

This generation can have an idealistic view of all those things concerned until they come to realize that they are not what they are AND are not applicable to real life. The result is often apathy to them and complete abandonment by those who come to that realization.

I wonder if your apathy to school had something to do with you being unable to see how relevant it could be in your life? How can learning about a frog in Biology possibly assist me in emotional well-being? etc. Or was it something else that made you quit?

The other difficult one is Uranus in Scorpio squaring Saturn in Leo.

This can have a "the ground is always shifting beneath my feet" effect.

Saturn in Leo suggests an inability for one to express the fullness of their creativity openly.

It also suggest the suppression of leadership abilities or that the innovative or creative abilities of the person are suppressed for fear of ridicule.

Saturn in Leo may also suggest challenges in connecting/dealing with children or young people (since they express openly what the individual seeks to control)

Uranus in Scorpio will always bring about changes and interruptions in your life that, when subsiding, result in a stronger emotional nature and clarity of what is important.

So Uranus in Scorpio will "challenge" the preconceptions of Saturn in Leo i.e "Why are you so scared to take the leadership role? Why aren't you being more expressive and innovative? etc.

Scorpio energy digs deep and does away with superficial feelings to expose the rawness within:For better or worse.

Chiron in Taurus points to insufficiency and self esteem issues and is on the Dsc.

The Dsc is what we disassociate with and do not consider a part of ourselves. However, this is all mitigated considerably (as I mentioned)if we have Planets there.

Because planets there can have us empathize and be able to see another person's point of view as well as our own.

With Chiron in Taurus the question here is of worth and it can directly translate into money; either the individual works exceptionally hard and makes a lot of money in order to "prove" their worth externally.

The other side of the coin is the individual who is always wondering what their value actually is? So the result is them undervaluing themselves, having money issues or difficulty in self-sustaining.

Chiron in Taurus in 7th house conjunct Venus and Mars in Taurus.

Venus in Taurus-Love of sensuality, sexual and physical expression.Love of security and financial freedom.

Mars in Taurus- Perseverance, stamina , ability to withstand physically demanding conditions.

Chiron in Taurus conjunct Venus suggests the individual seeks healing(Chiron) through relationships and financial well-being (Venus).

The nature of the relationships that are healing will be sensual and affectionate whilst the financial freedom that is being sought is consistency in disposable income.

Chiron conjunct Mars suggests finding healing through working hard or withstanding tests.

The individual may feel "better" about themselves when they've worked hard for what they have and get a financial reward(Taurus).

Mercury in Taurus is a realistic sign and , in my view, depression starts from ones thinking.

With the earth sign of Taurus, one can think more of what they "lack" than what they have(especially since Chiron is also in Taurus).

But since Mercury is also in the 7th house, the ability for one to alternate between differing points of view must be utilized. So be mindful of this when you are thinking too deeply about "lack" and be grateful for what you "have".

I wonder what transiting Saturn in Scorpio is doing to you?

Currently it is opposing your Mercury. I wonder what your thinking process is like now. Saturn hitting your 1st house should have had the effect of you getting your affairs in order.

Yes- I feel the same exact way! Part of the problem is me though, because I always want to help/save someone and have a hard time saying no.
