I've been brainwashed I think into believing that Taurus man is a player, only wants sex and getting his own way, etc. Is there a valid way to see in a guy's chart how he really is and if he's serious material? I don't want to be one of those people who thinks everything can be judged by astrology, but I think certain things (maybe related to personality) can be learned from it.IP: Logged |

I think Taurus men tend to be faithful, but into lots of regular sex with the person they're with. They'll be very focused on that one person, like VERY focused. I've known a few guys and they get pretty smitten, but only with one person at a time. Earthy people tend to be like that in general. IP: Logged |

?!?!? I LOVE Taurus men!!! All men can be cheaters but the Taurus guy I was with never cheated. We were long distance so we couldn't actually have sex but he wanted sex from me SO bad!! They love it I think! I know an Aries Taurus cusp guy, and he would never cheat! He's really nice and he's possessive.I think Taurus men are so sweet and kind and aw!! OMG I just love talking and thinking about them!!! Look at other things in their chart, obviously, but the ones I love are all April Taurus! I like an Aries Taurus cusp, too, who is Taurus sun and Venus, Gemini Mars, and Scorpio Moon and rising. I knew one Taurus in high school and he wanted to break up with his girlfriend because she was making fun of his older sister. DON'T EVER CHEAT ON A TAURUS! That sounds the opposite of a Taurus. I am a Draconic first house Taurus Sun - I'd say they are self-indulgent, materialistic, sensual, appreciative of good taste/food, determined and can be judgmental.IP: Logged |

I don't think there is any "sure" way of telling whether a person is or isn't a cheat because we may interpret the individual as "predisposed" to it, but he may through his own will prove us wrong. But, in this case, I certainly would look at the "predisposition" placements like Gemini/Sagittarius/Libra/Aries/ Scorpio energy and placements. IP: Logged |

I agree with Neptuniansag. I have been a "spare" for a taurus man who was still in love with someone else. Once they are hooked on someone it is hard for them to let that person go. No matter how bad that person treats them or how good you are to them.IP: Logged |

I don't like it - unless he is over say 38... If he is young - no.. just no. Taurus with Aries Mars - NO THANKS.
The Capricorn Moon seems like a tiny saving grace (as in - he may not be quite as immature as other aries/taurus types)... however if it is square his Aries Mars - God only knows how that will play out O_O

If he has his moon or Venus in bad aspect to uranus, I would proceed with caution or not proceed at all. Aside from that, I haven't dated every Taurus man in the world so my judgement is based off of my experiences alone, but I'm sure there's always some truth to a stereotype. The few Taurus men that I've dated have been selfish, insensitive, and lazy. Yes they'll buy you a few gifts to keep you, but if you're doing most of the giving, it's time to let go. I also agree with the people who have said that Taurus men keep "spare women" around just in case they lose their partner. You'll be the center of attention for as long as they want you, but they will always keep female "friends" (also known as potential lovers) around just in case things don't work out between the two if you. I know a lot of signs, not just Tauruses, who do this so maybe to a lot of people this isn't necessarily bad thing, but me being heavily Scorpio influenced, I do t think you can fully love someone with old and potentially new lovers hanging I the shadows. That's not real interest or love in my opinion. I think Tauruses confuse security with love. Just because you've been with someone for years, doesn't mean you're in love especially when you can trust that person enough to let your guard down, let those "friends" go, and allow your heart to be completely vulnerable. Taurus men do have pros just like every sign, but their weaknesses are so apparent that it's hard to consider their pros.IP: Logged |

I've seen my Taurus exbf do this. He lines up his possible next gfs before breaking up. He did this with one of his exes as well. I think they create enough chemistry and explore the potential to know they have a solid backup. They may not sleep with the other person, especially if they respect the new person. I adore Taurus guys. Most of them tend to be (technically) faithful. Like they might have their ex's phone number n might chat /flirt with her online. Beware of an old never dying sorta love for an ex girlfriend. They might also give u subtle hints as to how so n so girl behaves . They won't directly criticise you.

I catch myself doing this from time to time :L i'¨m taurus moon, asc mars and mercury. but i don't do it conciously i just don't want a girl to lose her feelings for me even tough i'm with someone else and don't really want her.
