What orbs are relevant between luminaries and North Node in Synastry? Will 7degree orb be felt between Moon and other persons Node?

The answers you will get will vary a lot because each person has their own preference in orbs. But a good rule of thumb is that you should give the same orb for the nodes of the moon as the interaspects between the lumineers of both people. For example, if give a conjunction an orb of up to 10 degrees between the moons of both people, then you should give an orb of up to 10 degrees between one persons moon and north node. The same will apply if you give a maximum orb of 5 degrees. The nodes can be considered as "bright" and powerful as the lumineers. In Vedic astrology, they even consider having the nodes in the same sign as the planets powerful enough.
