I am learning how to read charts and I have a very novice idea of why it may have happened astrologically..but I guess I'd just like confirmation?

The mayor of Seattle will now be investigating and possibly changing regulation when it comes to helicopters flying in and out of heavy metropolitan areas. The Uranus in Aries is making a square with Pluto in Capricorn in the 10th house. I know the energy that uranus square pluto can bring, but I think the significance of the houses and signs involved is that maybe there needed to be change to a long standing regulation to allow helio pads in city areas. I associate Aries in the first with the way the pilot and photographer perished as the helicopter went down in a ball of fire. I think the other significance with the 10th house is that it happened to a news helicopter and the news station where the two people worked are also reporting on the loss of their colleagues as well. I believe this story is going to garner a lot of national attention as well.
