What if all your planets are in air or fire but they are in earth house, such as 10 and 6. Would this make the person more reliable and stable?

Yes, Earth is very grounding, especially the 10th and 6th house, these placements can also make a workaholic or someone who is goal driven. Earth is always a great element for a airy chart as it makes the person take all those thoughts and ideas and really do something with them in a tangible way.

I have air Gemini in tenth and Aquarius in 6

you might be both. I have aqua in 10th, libra in 6th. I dont have anything planets in 6th but my sun is in 10th. I am really concerned with getting things happen.

Cool My moon and Venus are in gem 10th house

I don't have personal planets in aqua though

I have 4 leo planets in H6
Sun, moon, mercury, and mars..

I say yes, it keeps me grounded, and severly alters my Leo planets..

Virgo is probably a better description of me, than leo..

I'm more virgoish, with hidden leo traits..

Both my kids have Virgo moons..
I'm sure it's because I have 4 planets in the natural Virgo house..

For comparison: I have all my planets in Air houses except my Moon which is in a Fire house. I am VERY "airy"..
