Double bodied signs on the MC may indicate more than one career simultaneously or in sequence. For example, Pisces, two fish Gemini, 2 people Sometimes Sag, horse + person (Notice all are mutable) This multi- career influence can occur if you have other strong double-bodied placements. There is nothing wrong with having varied interests and a variety of careers for these people. Society says pick 1 vocation and stick with it your whole life. Society is the majority; you are the exception. The exception is exceptional !!! IP: Logged |

Side note: Capricorn is not listed as a double- bodied sign, but I place it in this category. Only that I consider it the Sea-Ram, not Sea Goat. (I know, Ram is any adult male sheep, not goat) In my opinion it is the beginning (Aries) and end (Pisces) combined into one sign. A kind of meeting place for true transformation to take place. Many consider Capricorn the most spiritual sign and when you see it as a combination of first and last Zodiac signs this makes sense. Anyway, getting back to career choices. Capricorn may go through many job changes, not necessarily career changes, when they have reached the top level of where ever they are. If they cannot advance they will be frustrated, and it doesnt matter what they do, because it will show up in personal life advancement if not in career. so I see it as a double- bodied classification even though it is not a mutable sign. I have some 12th house planets n cap placements. Quite a few changes in jobs n career paths.I always have an idea of what I want to do, but sometimes circumstances don't allow me to pursue the path I want. And having varied interests makes things a bit more confusing lol I have a check list n so far there's still a lot left. For now I have one "main" career path/one steady job and study/do other things on the side. IP: Logged |

Neptune in the 10th can do that too. I'd stick Nept in the 10th in your chart and look at the other houses for more clues. But Nept in the 10th seems more right based on what you write of your career so far, than with it in the 11th.
Ok i'll try that, that'll mean i'll have a Pisces AC Virgo DC & possibly a Sag MC & Gemini IC - am i doomed to confusion for the rest of my life? lol IP: Logged |

My MC is in Pisces and let me tell you....hahah. Oh boy, it's SO hard at times. I have my Sun opposite the MC/conjunct IC so I feel that too gives me the 'not knowing what to do with my life/little sense of direction' feeling. Also, no planets in my 6th house except for my NN, and I have Mars and Moon in 12th. With Mars being there, I really naturally struggle with self-assertion and lack of energy, so that might play a part too. The fact that I have the nodes in 6/12 house axis makes it a little difficult too, I think, because it's about service. I pretty much know that most people irl that know me probably for sure think I'm a bit of a lost cause career wise, seeing as I'm already 21 and haven't even had a job yet and struggle with depression. If only I could explain and not get raised eyebrows or judgmental looks, lol.------------------ Leo sun Cancer Ascendant Gemini moon IP: Logged |

My NN is in Pisces and I've always struggled with figuring out what my career should be. I have so many interests, yet don't know which ones should be prioritized. It's maddening!IP: Logged |

I have Pisces MC but I don't really think I'm indecisive. I'm still young though so this *may* be subject to change, but I think with having discovered Astrology and having knowledge of my natal, I can better determine what best fits me.I will admit I just changed my major for the first time lol (end of freshman year), but I changed it to something that has always interested me and that is a great fit for me natally as well as fulfilling (Elementary education specifically working with kids in urban areas/and also teaching English as a second language). Before college though, I only had 2 career paths that interested me most and I've stuck with that since (Business and Education). After getting a more in depth look into business stuff though for the past year, I decided to be honest with myself and not waste time pursuing something that although "financially stable", isn't something that would be fulfilling or even enjoyable in the long run. So here I am now in the Education career path as opposed to pursuing an Accounting career .

My goodness! You sound just like me.My career hasn't exactly been stable and I also have a very short attention span. Now as far as the chart is concerned, I reckon its my Mercury opposing my Moon in the 3rd house. Moon in 3rd house is similar to Gemini, and with Mercury opposing it,it sorta "compounds" the effect. I also think that Sun aspecting Jupiter and Neptune by conjunction also makes a contribution. I really am not into the mundane stuff that a job would require one to be into. Currently I am unemployed and its hell having to go through websites and not find anything worthwhile. Everything just looks so boring! I panic sometimes as I know that eventually, something has got to give. But the question is ....What?? So yes, I understand the confusion and restlessness too.Keep the faith though, something will clear up...eventually. IP: Logged |
