Water sign eyes are my favourite, they just have the power to hypnotise you, to make you feel warm, to make you feel scared, or sorry for them, behind them seems to be sadness but a lot of soul.

Fire sign eyes have that twinkle and that fire for life in them. Combine that with a water moon sign and you get a hot yet refreshing combo >

No kohl dear....maybe some mascara though I dont remember..Well I posted that picture of my eyes because i Have personal planets in all of the 3 elements ( Air Water Fire) and strong Earth Asc..example how it plays out in the eyes.
