I'd say opposite too, because with opposition there is also fascination or compelling attraction, ying/yang sort of thing.

Squares just create tension or antagonism unless there are some easy aspects tempering those planets.

its easy for me to get along with opposite moon, two of my best friends have opposite moons and we get along great.
i know some people with squaring moons, and it feels really hard to understand them and for them to understand me. there is a mutual respect, but thats all it will ever be, i dont think ill ever truly understand that person.

I think it mostly depends a lot on what planets are involved within the aspect, but I also do feel like squares might be a little more difficult than an opposition, because I seem to see more tension and negative energy from squares myself. So, possibly opposition.
