u used to use horary all the time but I forgot some basic rules if anyone can help:
1) i am asking a chart for my daughter, is she represented by the ascendant or do I use the ruler of the 5th?
2) the moon was at 29.46 degrees when I asked, is this considered void of course and the chart is null, or flat out "no" answer to the question, or its practically in the next sign?
3) this is a question about where she is going to school, so do I use the 9th house or the 9th from the fifth?
