Not necessarily, I believe it can be felt by both...especially is the orb is tight. IP: Logged |

I think if a woman's Venus aspects a man's Mars or Pluto, HE will be very much into her, because she will touch the core of his masculinity with her femininity.IP: Logged |

Well I think gender doesn't neccessarily apply to only one side. Venus affects guys as wellIP: Logged |

Hogwash! One of my tightest aspects is his venus trine my mars. My Venus Semisextiles his Mars, too but gender is blurred especially in astrology when there are feminine and masculine aspects to all biological genders. ------------------ Leo ♌️ Sun, Venus (2nd House) Scorpio ♏ Moon,Mars,Saturn (5th House) Cancer ♋ Rising Svātī Nakshatra IP: Logged |

I agree, but apart from the general meaning (disregarding the gender), the masculine planets in a man's chart and the feminine planets in a woman's are felt differently, they relate to the specific gender and they are very stimulated when archetypes meet. IP: Logged |

Maybe you are right. Mars tends to be the "chaser" of Venus, disregarding the gender. However, I don't think Venus is necessarily "into" someone just because it's the planet of love. There are different ways of being "into" someone: by feeling affection and warmth, sexually, in a possessive way etc. Men tend to feel very stimulated when their masculine planets are aspected by a woman's planets, but of course, it depends on the overall chart. For example, a woman having her Pluto on the ASC might be very attracted to someone aspecting it with a love planet. IP: Logged |

Hmmm. I just noticed they have mars trine mars together... But no Mars/Venus contacts at all. The only Venus contacts in their chart are: His Venus Opposite her Sun, Venus, Mercury (and jupiter, but that orb is a bit wide) The only positive Venus aspect is his Venus trine her ASC. Her venus isn't touched at all except for being opposite his venus. IP: Logged |

We have myMars/hisVenus trine, myVenus/hisMars semisextile, Mars/Mars trine, Venus/Venus quincunx.......and I don't know what the hell is up with us right the second. ------------------ Leo ♌️ Sun, Venus (2nd House) Scorpio ♏ Moon,Mars,Saturn (5th House) Cancer ♋ Rising Svātī Nakshatra IP: Logged |

You have to take the individual aspects into account. Hard aspects (conjunction, square, opposition and even quincunx) will be felt more than soft/harmonious aspects...especially if the orbs are tight! IP: Logged |

Based in my own experiences, guys who are into me (like fall hard for me) have their venuses opposite my Asc or their moon conjuncting my nodes. (Their suns are aqua, sag and scorpio)One guy with mars conjuncting my moon was definitely attracted to me but I don't think we view each other as anything more than casual flirts.

When the guy is Mars/Pluto and the girl is Venus and the aspect is a hard one - he is attracted but also aggressive, violent, possessive, out of control ... and JUST the sort of character who would throw acid in her face because she dumped him - or - shoot her through a bathroom door thinking she is an "intruder"... if you know what I mean. This SURELY is not love. Any aspect is felt by both people but they feel different things. Venus loves in a lovey dovey, sensual, charismatic way. Mars is not about love. Mars is about attraction/sex/physical energy.. so the Mars person has sexual (not loving) feelings. This is just one aspect though. The Mars person could also have their Moon conjunct the others Moon - in which case the relationship can still be loving and affectionate - but it won't be due to Venus conj Mars. IP: Logged |

Did you experience an exact venus/pluto opposition? It could be translated as love. Its a bit agressive and possessive, yes, but passionately affectionate too. IP: Logged |

So let's say the one person got a lot of aspects to his/her venus but not any aspect to his/her mars, and the other person got a lot of aspects to his/her mars but not venus.. would the venus person be sexually attracted at all then? And would the mars person just want sex but nothing else? IP: Logged |

In similar vein, if two ppl only have venus contact then there's no sexual chemistry? What if there's no contact but the signs are compatible? IP: Logged |

sexual chemistry is not ruled by venus or any other sign, it comes about through attraction to another person and that can be a result of the ASC touching a personal planet, planets falling into an 8th house, angles, or an absence of venus contacts altogether, etc. it's way to simplistic to say venus is responsible for "love" or chemistry. there can be no venus contacts and love will still bloom, and there can be many venus contacts and nothing happens. you have to look at complete (natal and synastry) and not individual pieces IP: Logged |

I had Venus conjunct Jupiter DW once. We also had Venus square Venus.Apparently is in love with me, I mean at first it seemed like that at first sight but I knew I was not in love. Idk maybe Venus does not have much to do with true love but more attraction. IP: Logged |
