Topic: Synastry with me and my boss who told me he liked me

So the other day my boss is driving me home he basically tells me that he likes me and had circumstances been different he would have pursued me. I am 21. It is super complicated.He is 9 years older than me
He has a long-term girlfriend
He is also my boss and I am his student intern Honestly when he told me I wasn't even surprised, I feel that it is something that has been swimming in my subconscious for so long I didn't even know it was there. This is something that has been culminating for months... almost a year of flirting, double entendres, looks, touches, talking in circles, things unsaid etc. And even despite OTHER people commenting about it and gossiping about our relationship, despite what my GUT was telling me, my mind still refused to believe he thought of me romantically at all! So I'm hoping to get any thought anyone can muster on our synastry because I'm terrible at reading them as a whole..
The things that trip me out, that lead me to believe he is a potent past life connection are:
His Sun/Neptune/Jupiter/Midheaven on my North node
His Venus/Mars/Saturn/Pluto in my 12th house
Saturn square moon DW Anyway, what do you guys think? This has bad news written all over it right? Are there any interesting chart formations of note?  IP: Logged |

His ascendant or personal presence and approach to life is in your 5th so it aligns with your viewpoint on romance.His venus in your ascendant means he is attracted to your physical appearances. However Saturn is on the Asc as well so he might seem restricting, disciplining, or just representing the old. His moon is right on your DSc so you two pick up each other's emotions very well. You intuits his feelings while he can see clearly how you deals with others and how you view yourself. Your jupiter on his DSc makes him feel lucky. Sun in 6th means you meet him at work related environment. His mars in 12th can mean he triggers awareness in you about things you want to hide. He makes you feel seen and "nake" in a way. His assertion or pursuing you are hidden though which is why you keep thinking he didn't like you Your moon squares both his moon and venus so he might be too possessive and emotionally restrictive for you.
Side note: he has sun in 10th so he seems like someone who us very interested in professional success. His scorpio venus means he is loyal and serious in love. He wouldn't say he is interested in you if he wasn't. However, I personally think that boss-intern relationship is not balanced in terms of power. Ie, he has more power over you. So be very careful!!!
I'm generally not that good at reading synastry but these are off my 5 min looking at your chart. You can google each aspect separately and might be able to gain more satisfying answers.

His Mars conjunct your Venus looks fairly significant to me.  I think the kite formation would need to have an opposite in it to make it truly a kite, but it's close. IP: Logged |

If he can flirt n he's in a relationship (esp a long term one ) he is obviously not loyal. Probably best to keep ur distance-think of the gf.
The whole "I'd so date u if circumstances were diff" is bait... I don't flirt with taken men but have been told tht quite a few times ... They are conditioning u and seeing if you'd bite. Don't be that sorta girl.

Yeah that's exactly on the lines of what I've been thinking.. He wants to see if I'll throw myself in his arms so he has an excuse to break up with his gf.. Sort of like confirmation of a new relationship before jumping ship. Sigh, its too bad since we get along so well. In which cause I mean not at all since we verbally fight all the time but it's exhilarating somehow lol. And he makes me feel really attractive with his sun being in my 2nd house (self worth) and all...IP: Logged |

Telling you this is more than highly inappropriate. You are in a dependent position, there is a hierachy involved, so from my point of view it is a clear No-go. Sorry I feel a little judgemental this morning

You have an interesting synastry, if the birth times are correct. Angles in both charts are affected, Saturn makes a double hit, Nodes are strong, Mars on Venus is very sexy. Of course he will be probing the situation with the "if this and that", it's what most people do. What do you expect him to do first, really?
He has a natal Venus/Saturn conjunction which makes him afraid of rejection, and more often than not- unworthy of love.
Think how you personally feel about him and the situation, not what strangers tell you.
Boss-employee attraction is as old as time. Sometimes it is pure and genuine, some times is one or both taking advantage of the other. Up to you to decide.

He wants you because he has his Mars on your Venus and his Venus on your ASC (he finds you very attractive). His Moon on your DSC is a strong emotional link.Your NN conjunct his Sun/MC shows he is your boss. But his planets (Mars, Pluto etc.) fall into your 12th house, so he might be ready to have a clandestine affair with you, to keep you hidden. I don't think he wants to break up with his girlfriend for you, so watch out. The right thing to do is to break up, THEN hit on other girls. The thing is he wasnt always my boss which has only been the case the last 2 months of the year we have known each other.. yes he was still my superior previously but he felt more like a colleague in terms of power. There were a lot of nights we worked alone together and we got quiet close. He isn't your average 30 y/o with all that Sagittarius. . Did I tell you before he got promoted he invited me over to his apartment to smoke weed? We have a strange but close friendship. Its like the employer/employee boundary doesn't really exist even though on paper its obviously there.Im so confused. I don't detect any power play in my gut but my head says there is. I keep going back and forth between what my head and heart say, its like a war lol. I mean someone said there is barely any Pluto influence in our synastry right..? its funny because right now I feel im in the position of power because he told me these things and I showed no visible reaction.. so he has NO IDEA what is going on in my head. I like to stay with in 3 degree orb, so the aspects that stand out to me are his Venus/Saturn conjuncts your ASC, and squares your Moon/Saturn.

I agree. But I have to add that age is just a number and does not matter. Just like race shouldn't. As long as both parties involved are mature and not into mind games than what's wrong with that? There are some very bright 21 year old there that older guys can't help being attracted to. Not for their looks or body or whatever, but for their personality, strengths and intelligence. Currently experiencing the greatest relationship of my entire life. Getting married next month actually and we're obviously both members here. He's 16 years older and you'd have no clue that either of us were younger or older. So the age thing I wouldn't be bothered with AT ALL. Your boss does have a girlfriend so that's a definite no no.
