One way to "seduce" them is to be their type. If you happen to be the type they go for, you should have no problems whatsoever and they will most likely be the ones trying to seduce you first because they can be kinda obsessive.
Another way is to let them know you are interested in them. Give them your phone number or better yet, get theirs. The person with Scorpio moon knows to get the number of someone they really like, not just give out theirs and hope that person calls, so you do the same with them. Be proactive and persistent.
