My own opinion though:
Aries is best in both genders, the girls are often a bit masculine, and the guys got a lot of willpower
Taurus: I think both genders too, cause the guys often got a nice body and a good confidence with their body too, and the girls are just relaxed and very down to earth
Gemini: I like the girls mostly, cause they seem a little more relaxed, the guys are often so "all-over-the-place-let-me-tell-you-a-joke-or-5" and talking non-stop
Cancer: Girls or boys, this sign is equally worse, cancer is just the loser sign, sry everyone
Leo: Both genders
Virgo: girls, the guys are just….omg… look how many subjects through history that was about complicated virgo guys… nobody seems to figure these people out ever
Libra: The guys! I don't like the most libra girls, I've never ever had a libra female-friend. They seem very arrogant and snobbish to me, but the guys are more open-minded and charming (my boyfriend is also a libra!)
Scorpio: I personally love the guys, but they seem shy and withdrawal always into themselves. The girls too, but since I'm a girl too, they dare to talk with me.
Sagittarius: I love sag guys, they are so open-minded and fun, kinda like the libra guys, but the girls are just so masculine, snobbish and arrogant…argh I just really cannot relate to sag or libra girls somehow
Capricorn: The guys seem so cold, but they often got a good humor, kind of like the girls… the girls seem so masculine and stern
Aquarius: Both gender, but the guys can be a little too cold in relationships, and they don't seem to function in them with anyone, but the girls seem to do fine in relationships apparently
Pisces: These people are the love of my life, my heart melts completely whenever I'm together with a pisces, they are just….so sweet….*sighs* my boyfriend is a pisces moon… omg he is so sweet

As a Cancer Asc, I feel that people with Cancer placements get this mother complex imposed on them whether they really do have one or not. Everyone tries to mother them, then rant about how they need to be mothered. Pisces Sun doesn't help. It's incredibly embarassing when your sparring partner hits softly and keeps asking "Are you okay". And I wanted to strangle my friend when we were leaving a shop and he said "Say goodbye to the granny". Though I must admit to acting boyish at times, and prefer hanging out with older people.

Personal experience with the signs:
Aries: Women, have seen enough of the bad Aries male
Taurus: Men, get along with Taurus women but have seen how they treat others. Will like to meet a Taurus moon, it supposedly makes a good aspect.
Gemini: Don't know many Gemini suns, women I suppose. Get along with Gemini moon men. They are both very intelligent
Cancer: Men, the Cancer males I know aren't Cancerish at all, and are great to be around. The women are *very* arrogant. The only one I've met so far who isn't, she's ostracised by others, especially girls.
Leo: Both are great
Virgo: Do not know many Virgo Suns, and had a bad experience with ex. Am a Virgo moon, and get along with other Virgo moons relatively well.
Libras: Both! Most of them are great I know more men, and they are very patient and wise
Scorpios: Both, the Scorpios I know aren't Scorpionic at all. The closest is a good friend who's very foul-mouthed, he says the nastiest things but without being offending or hurting. And he's a closet nice guy.
Sagittarius: Women, have met good men but also very slimy men. I feel women with Sagittarian placements tend to have good looks, they carry some kind of grace. Or they're really chubby :P
Capricorn: Only know Capricorn men, and they are great. Ex has a Capricorn moon :\ Capricorn is my 7th and has strange placements, but have not met anyone to know about it.
Aquarius: Men, I get along with them easily, but not as well with the women.
Pisces: Again, only know male Pisceans. We seem to split between softspoken, and very loud and outgoing. Met two seniors with the same birthday, and look up to them

Interesting that Virgo sort of "swings both ways", as it were.

I was very much a tomboy when I was young but aware of my femininity too. Now I'm older I still feel I have a masculine attitude in many ways as well as being 100% woman. It's a nice mix really. The problem is finding a guy who has a similar mix of masculine and feminine, I can't stand purely macho guys.
