The second person is male.
He too has a slender, long face but proportionate. He has chiseled slender features. Thin lips and charming smile too. Lovely teeth.
He is average height and very slim with sandy blonde/very dark blonde hair. His eyes are kind of squinty but also magnetic. They are wide set and up turned. He sometimes has somewhat unusual hair styles.
He is a Scorpio sun so I can sort off attribute some of those traits to that.

But the best way to find out: ask them about the time of day when they feel most energetic, their best time of day. This is when they are born.If they are nocturnal, they are born during nighttime.
Then you correlate with the physical features.

Aqua could be an option for the female. I'm just basing that on forehead though. She is so Saggi personality wise and looks wise that it's hard to tell.

For him, I'm feel kind of lost. He is such a typical Scorpio by character but looks...I can't really say he doesn't looks typically like any sign to me. You can tell he's a fixed sign by his mannerisms.
Once he starts talking he never stops so I guess he could be Aqua.

I asked when they are most energetic and both said evening time. But they work crazy hours and sleep during the day so can't really go by that.

Looked into Cancer Rising and description fit his personality really well. Wasn't 100% sure about the physical traits though.
