I have Venus in Libra, making it a Sole Dispositor.

However, I have Mars in Leo, and Sun in Scorpio--giving a mutual reception.

Question: Does this mean my Venus is no longer a Sole (Final) Dispositor?

I consider Pluto as the Ruler of Scorpio, and as such Venus would be your Final Dispositor.

OK Interesting...I thought for some reason Uranus, Neptune and Pluto don't get considered.

So what does it mean if Venus is the Final Dispositor and is part of a Libra Stellium (in a loose sense, I have Moon, Pluto and Venus in Libra)

As far as I can tell these days most people use Pluto as the ruler of Scorpio, although certainly there are plenty people who still use Mars. Personally I consider Pluto to be the ruler and Mars to be the co-ruler.

Ah--so if you were reading my chart--what would you say I have...

-Libra Venus : Final Dispositor
-Leo Mars/Scorpio Sun: Mutual reception

I read if you have a mutual reception, you can't have a Final Dispositor.

If you say Final Dispositor--what does a Venus Final Dispositor mean?
