There is a pinge of romantic interest. Not strong enough without backing up probably. Well my parents have that actually.
my Dads Venus sesisquares my Mum`s Moon (0°45)
my Mum`s Venus sesisquares my Dad`s Moon widely (1°48)
It`s a special case, as it creates a Bear Hug.

My Dad`s Moon: 1 Taurus
my Mum`s Venus: 18 Virgo
my Mum`s Moon: 28 Virgo
my Dad`s Venus: 14 Aquarius
So as you can see my Dad`s planets surround my Mum`s.
It also means that their Moon/Venus-mps are on one midpoint-line.
His Moon/Venus: 22.45 Pisces
her Moon/Venus:23.17 Virgo
So that is certainly a very strong geometric picture. Not every Moon-Venus-sesisquares will come as a package like that (and they do have some other attraction aspects like Venus conjunct ASC exact and Sun opposite Moon at one degree).
So I think in most cases if it is just an isolated sesisquare, it will probably be just a little seasoning, giving a flavour of romantic interest. However if it is part of strong planetary geometry, then it could be much stronger than expected.
