It's usually said that the house person is more likely to feel the energy or action, because the other person is placing their planets in your house, so you are feeling the energies of their planets at a possible higher intensity than them. I do think it can go both ways to some extent though. But I kind of stand by the house person notion. I'm sure this is probably not new news to you though, haha.
