Do you have this in synastry with anyone? I'd like to hear experiences with this aspect. Im curious mainly about the conjunction.

I have a close conjunction with another girl, we have been on and off again friends for about 15 years. We always had an immediate connection and we both feel extremely comfortable with each other like family. We have had some major fights, but it was other disharminous aspects that caused this. I feel our saving grace and why both of us seem unable to let each other completely go is moon conj asc in cappy. Its kind of binding like moon-saturn or moon- nodes.

I have it, twice...
The first case, I am the moon (in Scorpio) conjunct the ascendant of the girl. I always think of her, I think about her every night before sleeping and every morning before getting up. I'm totally obsessed. Since 2 years now... I stress her out unintentionally, and she feels my expectations. That's why I barely send her sms or e-mails, I wait and hope she will contact me. I've never felt that miserable with everyone else.

The second case, I'm the ascendant and the girl is the moon. I suffocate. She harasses me constantly, sends me messages for nothing. She has high expectations for us, and I perfectly know that wouldn't work, but she's not listening.

She makes me understand how the other girl feels about me... I think this aspect is cursed, really. The moon loves the ascendant, but not necessarily the sun, and it's quite a problem... The moon girl I talk about has her sun in Aries and I am a Virgo. I know through her eyes she loves my Scorpio ascendant but not my Sun.
This aspect would be great if we had the right synastry.

One of my closest friends is an Aries moon to my Aries ascendant. This reminds me of us. Always texting me. If I text, going to sleep now, I get a response back an hour later asking if I'm asleep. It can be... irritating. Lol. But somehow we stick it out.

I have this with a really close friend of mine, and I think that it's this aspect (among others) that makes the friendship close.

Looking at the other accounts on this thread, I hope that I as the Moon, don't smother him, but I am usually the one to initiate contact through text, email, etc. I'd say our friendship is pretty equal though.

This aspect has been called 'the soulmate aspect,' and I can see why: the Moon person (MP)feels understood by the Ascendant person, and the Ascendant person (AP) reinforces the emotions of the Moon. In turn, the AP is able to see a very intimate part of the MP, making for a very close relationship.There's a very comfortable atmosphere, though I imagine that the signs play a huge role. For example, my friend's and I's conjunction takes place in Aquarius, so we like to talk about occult, social problems, astrology, etc. I get in touch with my emotions around him.

I have it with 2 people.

1: my moon conj his Asc (my cancer stellium is on his dsc) and it's very balanced. Sometimes he CAN go a bit overboard but he's very intelligent and it amuses me. His sun and mercury are also on my Dsc. We spend most of all hours of day in contact and it's natural no matter what we discuss.

2: his Virgo moon conj my Asc and this is a troubled ordeal and one that I am detaching myself from. He plays mindgames with me and is very sensitive to what I say and do and retaliates with icing me out. In his defense, my Virgo Asc is very sarcastic, dry and "hard" whereas his Virgo moon is very feminine and "soft". I have to tip toe around his ego.

I have it DW with my so, my moon squares his ascendant and his moon trines my ascendant!

I feel very much like I want to be close to him physically all the time, but it can be difficult for me to read him, sometimes I don't really know whether I'm a bit too clingy or not… then sometimes I try not to be, and then I don't know if he is going to misunderstand my body language. So it can be a tricky one for me!

I guess it's not really tricky for him, as he can always read me like an open book… I'm glad that we have it double whammy and he got the trine, cause that kinda takes a lot of the tension from the square away!
