I have it transiting the 8th house, Gemini, and I've been obsessed with looking younger than I am ever since I've turned 10...-ish. Could it really be that long?

lol i don't think chiron in 8th give you that regenerative power to grant you -10years to your age lol !!

i have chiron in the 8th natally...not an easy one, so the transit must be hard in some way, by the way chiron is entering my 7th house right now! Can you tell me what happen to you with chiron transiting the 7th house ? And where is your chiron natally ? house and sign ?

I'd love to help with the 7th house Chiron, but I don't know how long a Chiron transit lasts. For all I know it could be a decade.

Chiron has an elliptical revolution. It spends different amounts of time in each sign. I remember vaguely that chiron return happens around age 50-51. None of this answers your question, of course, but it gives you more information to work with.

I usually look up chiron ephemeris whenever I need the info.

I don't know. I had/have some serious image/looks issues.
