I don't know, but my friend was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer last year. She undertook surgery and the treatment was a success. I've spoken with her today and she asked me about any specific configuration for that time.She has Saturn in the 6th house (Aries) square Sun. Mars (ruler of 6th) conjunct ASC. At the time of the diagnosis, she had 1) Saturn conjunct her ASC/Mars and 2) her Uranus opp.: her Uranus conjunct her SN(1 deg.) opposed transit Uranus exactly conjunct her NN. NN conjunct Chiron (3 deg.) Mars/ASC/transit Saturn quincunx NN. IP: Logged |

Looking at her progressed chart:
some sort of Yod on MC (instead of a sextile, a semisquare):
Quincunxes: Uranus/Sun and Pluto/Saturn. Uranus/Pluto on MC. But Pluto conjunct POF.Release point: IC exactly conjunct NN at 0 deg. Aries! Sun square Mars conjunct Neptune (Mars/Nep in 12th, Mars ruler of 6th conjunct ruler of IC) Quite impressive, IMO. IP: Logged |

I think my chart has me predisposed to genital cancers. I have Cancer on the 6th with Moon on the 12th cusp conj Neptune and South Node (karmic disease how lovely). It's well aspected though. Then the ruler of 1st and 12th is Saturn, in Scorpio, conj Pluto. Opposite Mars (surgery) and Mercury- who happens to rule my 8th of death. The Nodes of Mars are said to be associated with hysterectomies and I have the MC/IC on them, Venus and Chiron.. Abuse victims sometimes get genital cancers because of the resentment they carry with them. I have not been able to heal mine just yet. But the main thing is I've been spotting on/off 3 times in the last month and I'm not pregnant, had 2 tests today. I can't go to a dr until next week because I'm leaving for a conference tomorrow. No other symptoms. I am having terrible transits, this grand cross is hitting me with all it's got, progressions are not that good either. I've seen younger women than me with cervical cancer. I don't really care about dying, but I don't want pain and I don't want to feel weak. It would suck royally if I get cancer at this time of my life when I'm finally putting my life on track. But oh well I suppose I never truly appreciated life anyways. ------------------

LeeLoo, I am sorry to hear about your friend. What type of cancer did she have?Also, was Jupiter involved in her harsh aspects somehow? Or did she have a Jupiter transit at the time? I thought cancer would be a Jupiter-Pluto thing (hidden growth) but could be wrong. My 6th ruler is in Sag. ------------------

All these "prophecies"... Without a diagnosis, you have no reason to think about that, one way or another.With your Mercury/Pluto, you know very well the tremendous power of thoughts and I'm sure you must know by now you have the power to materialize your thoughts, to turn them into reality. my mother died of colorectal cancer and she had a natal tight conjunction of Moon/Saturn/Mars in Cancer. That was the most tense point in her chart. It did not square anything, except for a wide 5 degree square to Chiron. She worried too much of everything.IP: Logged |

I'm not making a prophecy, just weighing possible causes. Cancer is one of them. I'm still hoping for hormonal unbalance  But it got me thinking about cancer patients. I don't have access to a medical diagnosis for now so astro speculation is all I can do. ------------------

Hm. Jupiter is there too. Conjunct her natal Uranus, so on her SN. But Pluto is 10 deg away. Transit Jupiter approaching Vertex. Also, Karma on Uranus/SN/Jupiter. Aggressive breast cancer. She had a mastectomy  . But the treatment seems to have worked. Interestingly though: in her progressed: Moon on 6th house cusp in opposition with that Mars/Neptune in 12th Moon ruler of 8th

My progressed Moon is in the 12th in Aqua and it's still ruling the 6th. Separating from a sextile with Jupiter and Uranus. Applying to square Sun who's the intercepted ruler of the 6th in my progressed chart and then Mars. Sounds like I may be having another surgery this year, I was hoping for a rhinoplasty but oh well. Venus conj NN exact. ------------------

I am, as soon as possible. I wanted to go the first time it happened but it was near my period so I didn't think too much of it. Now it's a week after my period, absolutely no normal reason for it happening. It might not be cancer, but it's no good news either. ------------------

Ok. I'm in the increased risk group when it comes to lady parts cancer. I have Moon square Venus, Saturn, Chiron, NN. Aquarius 6th house with the Vertex, Uranus in the 4th. Chiron in Cancer conjunct SN, opposite Saturn. Pluto on the Mars node.

You might just have a fibroma or polycystic ovaries, they're common. Not necessarily cancer. I have the latter, been diagnosed already, had treatment. I'm hoping it's still that, given that my progesterone is probably null. I mostly thought cancer because of how my chart is triggered. I am not so lucky to get by without any drama and apparently the spinal surgery and the engagement failure weren't enough. I have Pluto sextile Vertex exact.  Anyways, I am not going to fret about it anymore. What will be, will be. I'll deal with it when I know for sure. ------------------

I dont know her birth time. Time of illness will be shown in the progressions for sure, involving Saturn and Jupiter between each other.
But not always hard progressions to Sat guarantee illness, of course. . My s.o. for one had progressed Sun square Saturn a few years ago and he was/is okay. Its a nasty progression thou. The ppl closest to you, like the spouse for example, will have hard progressions at the sane time too. Illness affects everybody in the family, its hard on everyone. IP: Logged |
