I have my vedic IC, draco Asc and Venus persona Asc at the 12-13 Scorpio. They're conjunct my natal Horus. I have angles on this axis in more charts but the Ascendant is never in Taurus (at least in those I've seen). Should I investigate it?

I think it means you souls definitely investigate it... I'm a Scorpio moon in Vedic, I can relate to that more than Sag sometimes
