The composite I have with the guy that I am having an affair with for almost 4 years / on-off is lacking earth element. What does this mean ? The relationship not grounded ?

Majority of the planets are divided in Fire and Water Signs...

Lack of stability and rational thinking in the relationship. You as a couple could tend to rush into things (fire) without thinking of the consequences. Often, your decisions together are highly influenced by your emotions, which are very intense (water).

Saturn in an earth house might help a bit, but if it is afflicted, then this could be a real unstable relationship.

agghh no Saturn is in a fire house as well But 4 planets ( sun, mercury, venus, neptune, plus north node ) in an earth house (2nd).. But well my 4 years of experience with him clearly shows that it has been wildly unstable relationship... We kept coming back to each other in a spur of the moment, even though there were complications to do so... gotta move on...
