Hi,

What if you have Mars in Cancer in the first house. What health issues would you contribute to? Would it be the health issues ruled by the planet in the first house? Or would it be the health issues issued by the sign in the first house?

I have cancer mars in my first house... No health issues really.

At least none I can pin point. Have a nasty habit of getting dizzy/passing out.

Ive got Mars in taurus Conjunct asc by less than one degree in 1st house.

I also tend to get quite dizzy and somewhat of a blurry vission when i stand up quickly, i wouldn't realy call it a health problem as it dosen't bother me much, except one time i passed out and slammed my head against the door and then again the floor :P

Ive got a shoulder that bothers me tough from jumping of our terrace and grabbing the stairhandles by reflex i managed to twist my arm and broke my humerus(upper arm) bone, the bone healed quickly but i still got some pain.

aside from that i'm healthy and athletic.

My sister has Mars in the 1st and she's as healthy as a horse. Although she is really clumsy despite being very athletic. I have Chiron in the 1st and I have a ton of health problems. BTW the 6th house is just as relevant as the 1st when it comes to health problems. Definitely check the rulers of both houses.

Yeah Mars in the 1st house is very vital. This is actually a placement that can otherwise beat medical problems already present. This is basically one of those placements that you can do all kinds of horrible things to do the body and it will still be resistant to developing conditions. The only health problems I could see would be possible accidents or scraps.
