Ok, so I was hoping once and for all we could figure out who tends to leave a relationship where planets are CONJUNCT the other person's south node.It seems to me that if there are positive saturn aspects between them, conjunctions to the south node won't be seperative. Or will they? I think that usually the South Node person is the one that leaves the relationship, but I'm not sure. IP: Logged |

I wanna know who leaves, too. My Saturn is conjunct my friend's South Node. My Vertex conjuncts his North Node as well.IP: Logged |

I had this with a friend, my planets conjunct her SN, and it was me who left. We also had my NN conjunct her sun and Saturn. From what I understand, it's usually the other way around, the SN person feels held back and leaves.IP: Logged |

Well Neptune is generational so you'll have that conjunction with just about everyone.

Is that so? The SN person usually leaves? IP: Logged |

I would guess that the South Node person would leave because they want to continue growing.I was with a person who's MC was conjunct my South Node and I left them. Their IC was conjunct my North Node but it became clear that they wanted to be like the sign their SN is in and I was really striving to be like the sign my NN is in. IP: Logged |

I actually see more break ups from NN conjunctions than SN.Once North Node feels that the relationship has reached its peak, the connection fades. The NN feelings for the planet person fizzles out. For South Node on the other hand, there are people who prefer to stay within there comfort zone. Maybe the SN loves to live in the past, and feels happy that the planet person reminds them of the good ol' days. But in my opinion, there is almost no avoiding a relationship possibly fading with NN conjunctions. IP: Logged |

This is what I've read about it. I also read that it is possible that such a connection endures, and I do have SN conjunctions with both my parents, so I think that what you wrote about Saturn is true. From my experience, SN conjunctions mean that you have a history with that person from previous lives (if you believe in such a thing) and the planet will show the type of relationship - moon for mother-child, saturn for teacher, etc.

Well usually I don't leave, since many people with conjunctions to my SN are family, including my mum. This is very common from what I've seen. But with friendships or romantic rels, the only difference seems to be that the planet person is unquestionably there for the SN person. They're not going anywhere and that's made clear. Whereas the SN person is more lighthearted about the relationship. They care about the planet person but they don't absolutely feel like they couldn't live without them. They don't usually 'leave' though. Either they stay in touch or together or they drift apart temporarily. It's never a clear "this is over" thing. IP: Logged |

This is what I've read as well, but it's important to get real life experiences because I find that with some aspects the interpretations online are wrong. Like most NN aspect interpretations say that it means the relationship is moving forward, but most long term relationships in celebrities seem to have south node connections. So I was hoping we could settle it once and for all. IP: Logged |

I once knew someone who's friend had a bunch of planets right on his south node. He was the one that was unquestionably there for the planets person. The planets person knew he was obsessed with her and would temperarily break off the relationship just to scare him whenever he wouldn't do as she said. It worked each time. They were only friends, but I think he wanted more than that and she knew it. However I notice they also have pluto synastry together so maybe it's just that he was obsessed with her and had nothing to do with the SN. IP: Logged |
