Having prominent planet does not mean you're like the sign it governs.

People with prominent pluto in libra are sure as hell not like scorpios even if they want to be.

and Scorpio, Pisces, and libra are popular signs people aspire to be from all the descriptions they are given.

I have prominent Venus and I don't vibe libra energy.

Kerosene - I asked because the 10th house rules your public image. A singleton planet in a house is supposed to be more powerful than if it shares with other planets.
