I am just wondering if a 0 degree sextile aspect in synastry is worth much since it is considered a weak aspect. How does it play out in your life? And how about a minor aspect with 0 degree?IP: Logged |

My Uranus conjunct his NN, 0.03 orb, he probably feels that I push a stick in his a..s (that's what Im doing lol). My Uranus opposed his Venus, 0.32 orb. My Chiron square his Saturn (ouch), 0.10 orb.IP: Logged |

Sextile has an important role, it's not weak.Squares= signs of the same mode
Trines= Same element
conjunctions= Same sign
Oppositons= opposite sign

Looking at the cookbook online interpretations of your tightest aspect would you guys say your relationship is defined well by that?I know a couple who's tightest aspect is Mars Square Jupiter. Despite the fact that they have several great aspects in their chart, I definitely see this one come out the most. Certain sites say that the Jupiter person tends to be a bad influence on the Mars person and this was most certainly true in their relationship. But the Mars person didn't see it that way even though everyone else did. IP: Logged |

I'm not the world's most experienced astrologer, but I find a 0 degree minor aspect far more important than a wide so-called major aspect. A sextile is a major aspect, although an "easy" one. IP: Logged |

Not counting asteroids, we have 13 aspects that are 0.35 or less.The closest is his Sun trine my Mercury at 0.04. Mercury is the ruler of my 7th house. Our closest double whammy seems to be my Venus semisquare his Chiron at 0.06 while his Venus trines my Chiron at 0.35. I'm also rather fond of His Pluto trine my ASC at 0.18 and His Ceres trine my ASC at 0.17. IP: Logged |
