What aspects? Like I don't mind talking about philosophical things but actually applying all the things I agree with into my life is too much effort for me or kinda a waste of time imo.
Like people who get up early after a crazy Saturday night to go to church baffles me. Even if I was christian I probably would not go just because it's so much effort. IP: Logged |

We are similar in this lol. I can be quite persistent in my researches, and spend hours and hours focused on understanding some things, like how I did with astrology (researching online). But there is this kind of laziness that if it requires too much physical effort, or even mental (going too into every detail and technicallities), then I might get lazy. And no, having to wake up early for classes might be too much for me even if I like the topic. :PTaurus Mars in the 9th house, Taurus NN in the 9th house... Gemini MC (interest in many things and getting information but not "specializing" in every detail). IP: Logged |

Spirituality seems very fluid to me.. it's everywhere.. because our souls are everywhere, at the same time. I don't think specific things like - attending church every weekend are important, unless they have significance to you. IP: Logged |

To me religion is kindergarten spirituality, they teach the basics but infuse it with a lot of stuff that we as adults know is not necessary after a certain age. Religion teaches we cannot reach God unless through them in kindergarten we are taught we cannot cross the street without someone else to hold our hand.Once you reach a certain maturity you realize you can do both without the aid of another, what would happen if they never allowed you to grow past kindergarten and still tried to force 40 year old men to hold someone's hand as they crossed the road? It would be holding ppl back and not allowing them to mature or grow into their own person, it would stifle ppls growth. That's what religion does...and the fact that they are so strict and structured is another sign they see you as immature children, just like in kindergarten everything is planned out structured and organized you don't choose what to do, they tell you and your expected to follow their lead because a child isn't capable of growing without strict guidance n direction from adults. But we are not children!! Religion sees us as children though....they think we are idiots! They want US to think we are idiots to so they can keep us relying in them, keep their pockets full and power in place. They keep ppl so busy with all these lil rituals so that nobody has time to realize they are being treated like children. They keep us so preoccupied that we never have the chance to do things without them....because you just might accidentally realize Gods in you, not the church...without you bringing God to the churches they would be nothing but big empty buildings! So be happy you don't see the need to follow their regimen....it means your not falling for their game n allowing them to hold you back from knowing you already have more spirituality and God in your lil finger than every church on the face of the earth put together. Taurus 9th house, Lord in 6th house AquariusI call myself an eclectic pagan. Not religious at all but spiritual. I was raised in a Christian school k-5th Grandma is a big bible thumper, but it just never felt right to me.
I view organized religion as a control tactic more than anything. (Is that horrible of me? ) IP: Logged |

I would say having a retrograde neptune natally and having that planet in the 12th house? or it just being negatively aspected throughout your chart as well as it being retrograde. Neptune retrograde natally alone is known for a lack of spirituality.IP: Logged |

Have the same problem, but I believe it's due to my general lack of discipline (Mars in Gemini). Sun in Pisces in 9th house, though, so I appreciate these aspects. But dislike Christians, my sister and some of my closest friends are Christians but have met so many slimy ones it's soured my impression. Besides they disapprove of astrology, which has been accurate for me.IP: Logged |
