I do understand the effect of quintiles but I don't know how to interprate biquintiles.

I have moon bq venus - 2a
moon bq uranus - 2s
moon bq mc - 2a
saturn bq neptune - 0s
saturn bq nn - 0a

are these good aspects or bad ?

In my experience they're a lot like quintiles except they're softer, weaker, and often more artistic. They're nice aspects to have but it usually takes a bit of work to use them.
