I don't really know what you should do though, cause the problem could be that if (and when) you get someone, you are likely to be jealous and mean towards them, and they won't understand you at all, so I'm not sure what kind of partner you need actually

Sounds like he needs someone who is also very detached. I look for someone with strong aqua and capricorn placements. These types of placements don't get all lovey dovey at the speed of light. They often (esp capricorn) take a while to open up. He needs time to naturally develop an attachment to someone in order to NOT shun intimacy. Too many people out there are so clingy and will smother you with affection. These types can be very off-putting towards those who are more detached.

Imagine third house Saturn next to booze (neptune) ? . No one would want to talk to you or if, then with delay and you would need to wait and wait till someone calls you back eventually, or emails you....super screw ! One would probable always wait longer for the bus, or taxi then others, be always jammed in the traffic as well cos third is the house of transportation and communication.. disaster ahaha...naah!

Me no like the idea of Saturn as mainly delay.
I think he is more connected, represents, older in age when it comes to persons, or traditionalism, conservative attitudes or tame stuffy depending on a house and subjects considering that particular house.
Saturn in 6th would be hard working, staid job environment one needs to deal with trough the life...in my opinion. bacio.

This is what i said before dear Astra..but i was not diplomatic and soft as you though

He needs detached older woman with mucho dinero ( his venus likes money) with whom he can play occasionally his dark, kinky desires out ( Aqua moon in 8th square pluto Scorp in 5th,,)

well, i just counted 1+1 you know and the result was =gigolo.

Joke ( or not joke) by side, he must accept the way he is and go for it the way he thinks is right ..not the way other think he should be/go.

The balancing comes in because Libra is the ruler of the 7th house - house of partnerships. Not just romance, but all relationships. Saturn in the 7th means we have to work at them and part of that work is first understanding our own needs and values.

Don't think you need to find late 30's, there's mature men out there at early 30's, they're just a rarer breed

I feel really destructive at the moment. I really wouldn't mind sabotaging these people's happiness. Why am I like this?

I like your humor in it though "I'm just a whiny...."

I don't really think relationships are supposed to last forever but last for awhile? Sure. I don't date either. I go deep quick so some people have been really afraid/shocked/annoyed and run far far away. I haven't asked someone on a date to some random place multiple times to get to know them. I think that's what people mean when they say "dating" anyway. I could be mistaken. Do I think dating sucks? Yeah I think it would and there are heaps of threads on here about just how much they can suck!

Are they a lie? Hm...I don't know what you mean by this. What kind of intimacy do you specifically avoid? I have a Cap Moon and Pluto trine my IC and I have destructive tendencies. I always have this niggling feeling in the back of my mind when trying to cuddle with someone that I might hurt them or I'm making them uncomfortable. That could be considered disliking intimacy. And also yes I feel like ruining people's illusions, I like them ruining my own and so we are all lying to ourselves and thus, our partners too. But that's the point of relationships in my opinion.

It's all about getting to the truth and that's where all your desire for destruction can come out and be warranted!

VERY rare! At least I'm in a better mood today than yesterday… OY. And apparently today is the mighty "Grand Cross" all astrologers are fearing. I'm not. I'm an Aries, try me. Plus transits rarely affect me for some reason.

What happens after one understands their own needs and values? People still don't just start raining from the sky into a Saturn 7th's life. (Then again I also have Uranus and Neptune conjuncting Saturn and each other)

I'm not so sure… a detached partner could make him destructive, because deep down I think he needs intimacy but has a hard time with it too… I mean EVERYone needs intimacy at some point, how can you be close with someone without that?:S

Understanding one's own needs and values and being able to communicate them to others are two different things. But as we start to live as an authentic, responsible and integrated adult, we will attract others that vibrate to the same energy. Usually why Saturn in 7th detests the less mature and fake dating scene - but seeing an issue and complaining about it is a low level of energy vibration - the higher you raise your energy, you will no longer complain because you're too busy co-creating the responsible life you want.

I wrote generically and in no way am referring to your direct comment/response so it shouldn't be taken personally. It's just my writing style.

I should clarify that by "detached" I mean someone who doesn't wear their heart on their sleeve. I'm not referring to those who are walking robots.

An average person will open up too quickly and overwhelm StrandedSaturn before they have a chance to build trust. A more detached person won't be pushy with demonstrating affection and emotion. The relationship will then be able to develop at a more natural pace. Some people move quickly in relationships while others move much slower. StrandedSaturn needs to find someone who is willing to move at their pace.

I know it wasn't, but I enjoy reading it anyway. It resonates

Yup, that last description seems kind of spot on for an Aqua moon in 8th house… I hope StrandedSaturn agrees haha

YET, I push other people away. :/

Yeah, me too, I'm Cancer ASC and Pluto in the 5th. I'm just too nervous to get back out there, and I'm also too lazy. I can't be bothered going through the stages, getting to know someone and stuff :/ Pluto in 5th seems to be a theme here. I also have Venus-Pluto trine.
